Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions about JIMPOER

Do I need training to use the exoskeleton?+

No. The device goes on in a couple of minutes, and the JIMPOER Motion Control Engine AI recognizes your motion type and adapts automatically. After purchase we run a short online walkthrough on modes and care.

Will the exoskeleton fit my height and weight?+

The model adjusts to fit most adult users. Include your height and weight in your request — we'll confirm sizing and offer a showroom fitting before you buy.

What if the device breaks — who do I contact?+

Sibshell is the official JIMPOER distributor in Russia, so service and the 12-month warranty are handled locally — no shipping abroad. Reach us through the site form or the contacts below.

Can I use the exoskeleton in rain or mud?+

Yes, the housing is IP54 rated — dust and splash resistant, operating from −20°C to +60°C. It isn't designed for full submersion in water.

How long does the battery last, and what if it runs out mid-trip?+

Rated runtime is up to 8 hours on a single charge. The battery is removable — ask us about a spare-battery option for your model when you order.

How do I pay, and when will my order arrive?+

By card online or by invoice after your request is confirmed. Delivery is free across Russia, taking 1 to 5 days depending on your region.
