1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between [Sibshell LLC, TIN pending] ("Sibshell", the "Seller") and any person using the website sibshell.ru (the "Site", the "User"). By using the Site, the User confirms agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
Sibshell is the official distributor of JIMPOER exoskeletons in Russia. The Site provides the User with information about products, their specifications and pricing, and the ability to submit a request for a consultation or purchase.
3. Submitting a Request or Order
By submitting a request through the Site's form, the User provides accurate information (name, phone number, and optionally additional details for model fitting). The request is not a public offer and is confirmed by a Sibshell manager upon follow-up. Payment and delivery terms are agreed individually when placing an order.
4. Consent to Personal Data Processing
Submitting a request on the Site requires a separate checkbox confirming consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Consent to personal data processing is not part of this Agreement and is provided by the User separately.
5. Warranty and Service
All JIMPOER devices purchased through Sibshell carry a 12-month warranty with service provided within Russia. Warranty service terms are communicated at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
JIMPOER is a trademark of the manufacturer. All materials on the Site (text, images, the Sibshell logo) are protected under Russian intellectual property law and may not be used without the written consent of the rights holder.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sibshell makes efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site but does not guarantee the absence of technical inaccuracies. Final specifications and pricing are confirmed when placing an order.
8. Changes to Terms
Sibshell reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page.
